How are you doing, Hope Good.
First of all don't worry.
Many kids are fussy eaters.
We have to do little hardwork and find out ways to make eating fun for our kids.
Below are few steps which I follow while making my daughter eat, she is 2 years old.
1) No mobiles phone while eating food.
2) Kids can't sit in one place and eat, it's very boring for them, you can keep changing place, there is no harm in that.
3) Initially don't bring a big full plate in front of them, for example if my daughter is eating roti chapati, instead of making one big chapati, I make two small chapati, she always gets amazed to see small chapati. I also make chapati sometimes in different shapes too. she loves it. Also instead of just giving plane chapati all the time, I make parata such as Aloo parata, methi parata, palak parata, paneer parata, when veggies are include in a parata, then it fulfill the role of sabji too. Also parata also way more softer and tastier than chapati. We can include lot of ghee Or butter in parata which makes them more healthier.
4) While eating you have to completely involve your child with you, you talk to them, let them think while they eat, let them feel like talking while eating, when they feel like talking thew chew their food faster.
5) Keep on changing places of making them eat, like, sometimes in hall, balcony, bedroom or kitchen too.
6) Also I discuss benefits of food with my daughter this sometimes helps, for example my i make her drink milk by saying this, What is color of milk, she says white, milk pine se kya milta hain, she says calcium, milk pine se kya strong hota hain, she says bone, by this she understand what is she drinking and why is she drinking. It's always better to make them understand this Instead of just forcing them to eat.
