Q.

Hi, my baby is 10 months old. he fell down from the bed and he doesn't have any visible injury and he is behaving normal. could you please let me know if everything is normal or should I check other things?

A. better to observe the baby next 24 to 40 hours for any vomitings for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
