my daughter is 6.5 months old and fell down from bed. Though no cuts or visible things in head but some minor scratches on the skin. she was ok after around 10 mins. Anything needs to be done ? how yo kake sure there are no internal injury?

A. hi please keep an eye on your child activity till after 48 hours of this incident , if there is symptoms like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, low appetite, projectile vomiting, diaherra, accute stomach pain etc then please visit your nearest pediatrician immediately.
