hi, my baby is 10 days old, started to have cold, what can be done to reduce it? at what temperature can we have the temperature of ac in room?

Running nose or block nose. mild cough and cold is the symptom of viral infection or you can say common cold for this as a home remedy only steam can be given along with maintaining the temperature of the baby ; in medication you can give cough drop after Dr consultation other than that only fever medication like paracetamol can be given for fever .
