hi my baby is 1 year old. from last 4-5 days he is refusing to eat any thing. and if I force him to eat he is feeling nausea. is it because of teething(he has 6 teeth) or cold, cough. he has mild cold. what should I do to make him eat?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and he is refusing his food since last 4/5 days so mostly he is teething and paining his gums so massage it daily then he may eat
