Hi my baby is 1 year 1 month 8 days old and he is on breast feeding he is not eating anything except water what can i do is there any disease or something else

Teething could be happening so it would be good for you to check the gums of your child if he is swelling or hardness in that area then probably that’s the reason behind it you should try and give more of liquid fluids in the diet of your child which would be very helpful right now
