Hi, My baby is 1 month and 13days old. For every small feed, he needs to get burped during everytime day and night. Feeling tired by end of the day. How can I overcome his burping? is he having too much burping due to my food intake ? pls advice

Is actually a good sign and healthy sign of digestion of the milk that you are giving and it has got nothing to do with the food I do agree that it’s very tiring but it’s not easy to be a mother or raise a child but for initial six months it would give burping that is very important i understand your concern but there is no L no other option to it and if you’re feeling so exhausted you may need to check with the lactation specialist they can assist you in this problem
