hi my baby have loose motion and stomach ache from morning pls suggest me some madicine he is 2year 3months old

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and so n vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom U can give econorm sachet or enterogermina for loose motions to ur baby. This will help to give relief. Add curd and banana in ur baby diet to improve digestion. Take care and all the best
