Hi, My baby has a slight cough and cold even after using the prescribed oral drops for 5 days. but it's not 100% cured. 1. saline nasal drops 2. mucolite 3. sinarest af could you please tell what could be the problem? and how long does this cold and cough last in babies? note - he had cold for the past 15 days and we stopped all the above oral drops from the past week.
