Hi,My baby has 5 months old and she had hypoxia during birth time ,she has phlegm from 1 one week, she is struggling to take breath some times alot along with cough ,can you please suggest what to do,and what is reason to come ?

A. the baby is 5 months of age if the baby is having slum and struggling to take breathing at present we can give steam inhalation to the baby to liquefy the secretions consult a Doctor immediately
