Hi my baby girl is 4 months old now few days back i have observed that her eyes are slightly swollen upwards side how to reduce swollen eyes

A. the parent your kid is 3 month old and have noticed while congestion or swollen n of the eyes, in this age, is the common cause is because of nasal congestion symptoms persist kindly consultant ophthalmologist
