Q.

hi my baby boy is three years active boy. he is speaking meaningful sentences mostly still unable to understand everything. he likes to run jumping dancing n almost every activity of household items. but the problem is he is not interested to identify ABcd letters. he can sing ABcd song or a for Apple etc. but can't identify one single letter. he says everything same. he can say almost all objects from book like fruits or animal etc but identification of letter n number is very impossible for him now. my mistake is I didn't show him abcd before.I have introduced abcd to him two month ago. so is it normal for him to identify ABcd letters or a problem m confused about it. please suggest how to make him interested about abcd to identify

A. it's fine.. now use books or alphabetical sound toys to understand him.. Encourage storytelling and sharing information. Don’t try to force your child to speak. Read books aloud n Sing to your child .

A. There is NO need to sit your 3 year old down and force feed them letter recognition. Include letters into their everyday play and if they show interest jump on it, but never force it. Read, point out letters on signs, and most of all encourage them to recognize their name and their first initial.
