Hi, My baby boy is almost 6 months old now. When should we start giving him water ? Should we give him boiled water or normal filtered water. Please suggest.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you should start giving boiled and cooled down water to your baby after he had completed 6 months of age and also you should continue to breastfeed at regular intervals to maintain adequate hydration
