Hi, my baby birth weight is 3.100kg now she is 11 month her weight is 7.5 kg. this is underweight trying to give nice nutrition food. But she is passing motion after every meal and milk for a day she is passing more than 5 times and also the motion looks normal. due this is she not gaining weight?

A. hello baby being atleast triple the birth weight by age 1 is a good weight gain but not to worry if the baby is active n make sure to give a well balanced food in the diet
