Hi! my 8month old girl have tiny pimple's all over the head and face what it is and remedies for that!

A. It Could be some allergy that your child is having because it is on the head also so it would be better that you either consult your paediatrician or a skin specialist ones regarding the same because after proper checkup only on any right medication can be advised to you
