A. that may be anything. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. Hi , We Used cetaphil moisturizing cream and the pimples are gone.

A. U Should get a check with your paediatrician because if they are turning white also then they will probably be like something white head is kind of a thing which could be due to some allergy or rashes on the body so as of now you can use calamine lotion but it’s important to get it checked once
