hi my baby boy is 47 days old .. baby's face and neck having tiny pimples...I using teddybar soap and sebamed lotion for face... pimple s normal for little ones or not

A. stop al soap. and see a doctor. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
