Q.

Hi... my 2 year baby won't eat any food in morning... afternoon lunch, dinner n she will snacks 2 to 3 times a day... but she start to eat only from afternoon... tried with hir fav dishes n all... still she won't eat or drink anything till afternoon... what to do

A. Cortisol causes blood glucose to rise. Since one of the many factors that affect hunger is our brain's sense of blood sugar levels, if her blood glucose is higher on waking than it is an hour or so later, she might not feel hungry when she wakes with an alarm clock on schooldays.
