hi my 2 months baby breathing trough stomach is it normal

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. When babies breath it is normal for both chest and tummy to move.
It is called abdomino thoracic respiration.
But if the baby is making any abnormal sounds or if the respiratory rate seems high consult your doctor

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Kids breath that way only if I’m not mistaken and that’s completely normal so do not worry about it.. Still if at any point of time you feel that your child is having any discomfort while breathing or something then it would be better for you to consult your paediatrician ones
