hi my 2 kids are 6yrs and 9 yrs old and i give them daily sesame seed oil(1/2 teaspoon) with ajwain(1/2 tsp) and sesame seed(1/2 tsp) wrapped in roti ...can it have side effects ?? or m i giving them in right proportion ...plz advice

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it has a good source of calcium and but as per my opinion you should give break for few days and start again. Also give baby variety of food and supplements.
