Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptomgs . Steam inhalation is repeated frequnently .

No Point giving steam the Apple to the child if you want to give Apple then give it have a naturally you can give it by cutting and chopping it because at this time you should not be giving it to the child by steaming it because it is going to kill all the nutrients into the fruit
