hi muskan here I'm from Nagpur I delivered a baby 1year ago via normal delivery but jo Kamar me pain hai bapre agar aap thoda kaamm zyada karlo toh bohot halat kharab hoti hai mam can u plz give some suggestions n bum ke beech jo bone rehti hai woh bhi bohot pain karti hai agar aap koi hard surface pe zyada der Tak baith hao toh mene doc se consult. kiyedlc me bola avoid hard surface pe baithna abhi I'm just 21 aur agar aisa pain rahega toh kaisa hoga?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. get orthopedic opinion. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
