Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup lfike syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 hmonths. Give all the vaccination required.

Satin multivitamin and iron supplement which is what I can tell you as of now because sometimes due to deficiency also kids do not gain appropriate health and weight as per the age so consult your doctor for that and you can also consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan if requiredWrite Your Answer Here
