hi, mera c sec tha toh mai kya mutton kha sakti hu goat meat. or yeh baby ko toh impact nai krega? or only i can eat chicken

A. Dear mum, you can eat chicken, mutton, goat meat and all non veg foods. There are no restrictions. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.

Q. mera baby 21st january 2022 ko 1 year ka jo gya hai, mera question yeh hai ki ab use khane mein sab kuch solid food start kar diye hain but non veg abhi nahi de rhe toh, my question is, agar use mutton ya chicken thora v khilate hain toh uske kitne der baad breastfeeding ya cow milk de sakte hain kyuki abhi wo jyada chicken mutton toh khayega nahi, so mother milk and cow milk per v dependent hai?? toh mutton chicken khilane k kitne derder baad milk pilaye??
