hi mera beta koi b sabzi, daal ya rice nahi khata. aisa kya karu jis se wo khane lage?

A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..

A. Try mix veg rice and gradually u can introduce seperate dishes ..please dont force your kid

A. Don’t force him. Feed him what he likes but along with that try keeping these items. Try making rice soft and mix dal in such a way that he can chew easily

A. hi try different combinations and prepare different recipes. make the food presentation attractive. for example you can prepare mix veg cutlet and offer it in heart shape using cutlet cutter. you can prepare mix veg stuffed paratha and cut it like pizza , decorate it with homemade tomato Sous . you can offer rice in different forms like kheer, khichu, dhokla, idli, dosa,pulav etc.
