hi me 4 mnth baby ka mumma hu.. mere c section ko 4 mnth ho gaya.kya mere ab belt pehne me koi fyda hoga?? pls tell me.. mere tummy abhi bhi bahar nikla hua hai... pls hlp anyone....

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can use tummy belt which should not be a problem and also you should be doing abdominal exercise which can help to reduce your tummy and you should also be having a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which can help in the baby growth
