hi mam what will be good exercise for a csec patient after delivery for reducing belly size?

A. first of all you do not have to work out after c section till six months ok. then stsrt slowly with a walk abd after tgat yiu can ouck up more

A. after c section you should start exercise after 4-6months as you feel cured or heeled.. start with Brisk walking first.. some low intense yoga.. then slowly and gradually increase the intensity.. you can join yoga classes...
