Dear mom it depends upon how soon you recover from your stitches definitely for first few days the light for first 20 or 25 days until the stitches are dissolved you will feel the pain but for making them feel relax you must take a proper diet you need to stay hydrated take proper rest and apply the appointment as well as eat supplements that has been prescribed to you by the gynaecologistWrite Your Answer Here
