Hi mam...now I'm 5 months pregnant. can I climb the stairs ?? and what precautions need to be taken if we climb the staircases and at the same time can we lye down ..

yes,you can
but if your doctor has told you for bed rest then avoid.
and if you feel discomfort then avoid it
it is best to sleep on one side during pregnancy ,sleep on left side.
