hi Mam.. my wife is one month pregnant.. what rice can be replaced with white rice? how to consume poongar and other traditional rice varities.

A. Hello ma’am White rice is the best rice that she can go for there is no option to white rice but if you are looking forward for something else and it would be best to consult a nutritionist because there is no bar or restriction on eating white rice in general but if your wife is having an issue then she better consult a nutritionist for the same
