Q.

hi mam my son is 2.7 yr old in summer which food should I avoid in summer & which will be benfit for him to give which fruit & vegetables good for him & juice also can i give him jr horlicks every day & milk in how much amount should I give him summer

A. good to avoid commercial health drinks. During summer give variety of Khichdi, curd rice, lemon rice,poha, custard, fruit salad, curd -roti. Give fluids at regular intervals like buttermilk, milk, coconut water, milk shake, fresh fruit juice, watermelon, muskmelon, lichi juice. avoid heavy, oily, fried food
