Hi mam My son is 1 year 3 months old.When he passed toilet he is difficult .when he is take his meal after he passed immediately and he feel hard with pain.so please let me know why this trouble

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. yes, you can give red banana it is rich with nutrients and easily digestible,soft and mushy but as you are giving it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not give mint curd, khichdi,curd rice, fruits more
