hi mam, my neighbour is facing this problem. 6month old baby she have.baby liver and kidneys are damaged .why is this happened?

That’s quite a big problem but why this happened that I cannot tell you that your only Dr can tell you after having a proper physical evaluation of your child and your child is too small for all these things it’s better to consult your doctor to have better clarity on the situation
