A. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Always give lukewarm water after feeding anything. Try to give seasonal fruits and veggies. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so the kids get all type of nutrients, take your kid out to play for about 1 to 2 hours in a day. Get three meals and two snacks and include drinks like Badam milk, milkshakes, fresh fruit juice anything which is home-made.
