ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. weight gain depends upon genetic factors birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it get the worm in them and give iron supplements as prescribed by your doctor

Ma’am Always should be mentioning the current weight of your child when you post queries like that so if you believe that your child is not gaining weight so there could be two things either your child is not eating well or if your child is eating well and not gaining weight then that is definitely some disorder consult your paediatrician ones
