Hi Mam, My child going motion immediately after taking food. akso frequently he is getting sick like cold & cough. What we need to do as parent?

A child is basically suffering with a digestion related issues which is why your child is passing motion immediately after eating the food and sickness could probably be associated with digestion as well as sometimes it can be so you need to work on these things
