hi mam, my c section was done in 1 month back,. when I will wear waist belt and what should I eat ..I'm breastfeeding mother, when I bend over and when began to sit down and doing exercises

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. U can now start to wear maternity belt. U can start with the exercise after six months of delivery when ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
