hi mam my baby is 1year7 months she eats everything but not gaining weight she is only 8.3kgs

Then kindly consult your doctor as there are certain reasons behind not gaining weight despite of eating well as you mentioned so the doctor would be able to help you correctly onto the health supplements and tonic and if any proper diet would be required like any addition would be there
