hi mam my baby having cold from yesterday. she has heavy breathing prlm due to cold.pls suggest any antibiotic syrup and for cold.And also pls tell me what kind of food shall I give ?

A. hi well, antibiotics can't be given without examining your child we can suggest some remedies which is safe and can help to cure such Infection faster for example as child is 3 years old, give mixture of honey, crushed Tulsi leaves with few drops of ginger juice in it, give it in 1 tbsp quantity twice in a day
