Hi mam..my baby girl is 1 month old..she wakes up for every little or big sound.. again to go into sleep it takes so much time..why like that ? mam my breast milk is leaking and breast is becoming hard..is this happen due to excess milk production or any other reason?in between two feeds (2 to 3 hours gap)my breasts are becoming heavy nd hard..how to overcome this situation.. ? is it safe to breastfeed when breast are hard(gaddalu in telugu ) nd heavy with milk..? does baby have any issue if I breast feed that milk ?
