make sure you give only home cooked foods
Donot give Biscuits, waffers, bakery products, chips, chocolate, sugar laden foods
Add ghee, almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates banana, chickoo, pulses, anjeer, egg, coconut, til seeds to baby's foods
Let baby eat at fixed timings only
