A. gripe water will not work for teething loose motion. try to keep things he put in mouth clean wash them or use sanitize. Loose motions due to teething will only last for few days to a week , you can help ur baby by bulken up the stools is by giving a brat diet like banana, curd rice, apple, sago kheer, khicjdi, boiled potatoes, give plenty of breastmilk, keep good hygiene
