Hi mam... meraa delivery hoke 6th month enter huaa hai.. meraa c-section huaa tha.. ab mai daily one hour walking and simple exercises kar sakthi kyaa.. pls suggest for me.. aur meraa belly fat jyada hai.. muje twins huye they isliye belly fat jyada dikhraa..
