Hi mam, meraa c section hai, 10 months ke baad milk produce ho saktaa kyaa.. aur produce hona haitho.. kya lena chahiye..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. your baby is already 10 months of age probably at this is better give you most of the calories in the form of solids and semi solids try getting breast milk you may succeed

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include all food groups in your diet. The better your baby suckles breastmilk directly the more breastmilk supply. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
