Q.

Hi Mam, I'm a new mom, I need a diet plan to weight loss. Before pregnancy my body weight was 50kg. In my 9 month pregnancy my body weight was 70. Now my baby is 6 month running. Still i didn't get loss the weight . my is feeding now. pls help to share the diet plan accordingly to my weight loss.
