A. Maam every body has its own way of gaining and reducing weight so you have to have a physical assessment with a doctor before you go for a diet but I can tell you if you quit sugar like artificial Sugar completely and practice in intermittent fasting along with at least 21 sets of Surya Namaskar within a month you will start seeing results
