hi mam.. I'm a mom of 3 kids.. I got mirena inserted due to spotting after my 3rd c section since then I don't have any bleeding or spotting till 1 and half year and now since from past 10 days I'm seeing spotting only when I passed the urine, and since 2 days my visit to wash room is too frequent for the urine please give me an advise whether it it normal or should I consult the doctor personally
