hi mam..i am mother of 4 months baby...recently every time cold coming on morning times..sneezing more..watery eyes..i am not using water, cold drink, ice like that cool products...but everytime cold , throat itching , ear itching coming is there any medicine for that problem and how to use that medicine..and i am giving breastfeed to my baby

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if you are having cold then first of all cover your face with a mask and sanitize your hands properly while breastfeeding or touching the baby and take medications for yourself like Paracetamol steam inhalation and rest you need to consult with a doctor
