Dear mum, for your 8 months old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
