hi mam can u tell the remedy for stomach ... after c section my stomach is not reduced..

A. you have to wait 6 months for doing any exercises for losing stomach weight Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. to reduce belly fat Start with yoga or brisk walk or low intense exercise after 4-6 months of c section delivery restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
